How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Afterpay for easy, interest-free payments!  Just choose your preferred method at checkout.

Is it safe to shop online with Shred Gang?

Totally! We use secure payment gateways that encrypt your information using the highest industry standards (PCI-DSS). Your details are safe with us.  For more information, check out Shopify's Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.

What happens if I have problems with my order?

Don't stress! Just email us at contact@shredgang.com.au and let's sort it out.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We'll get your order packed and ready to roll within 1-2 business days.  Delivery within Australia usually takes 5-7 business days.  

Do you ship internationally?

Totally!  We ship worldwide via DHL.  International shipping (excluding Japan) costs AUD$34.95 (free for orders over AUD$149.00).  Delivery takes 5-7 business days. Please note: You may be responsible for import duties and taxes determined by your local customs authority. Contact your local customs office if you have questions.

How can I track my order?

You'll get an order confirmation email right away.  Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details via email (or SMS if you provided your mobile number).  Allow a few hours for tracking information to update.
