For orders under AUD$50.00, we charge an AUD$12.50 flat fee.
Soft boards orders require a AUD$49.95 flat rate fee due to being oversize items.
All of our Australian orders are shipped using Star Track’s Premium service, with the exception of orders being delivered to PO Boxes. Please be aware that all orders being delivered to PO Boxes will be shipped with Australia Post’s Standard Service.
Orders received will generally be dispatched the following day, however, please allow up to 5-7 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.

All of our orders sent international are shipped using DHL Express. Please be aware that DHL Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 5-7 business days for dispatch during peak periods and public holidays.
All international orders sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means additional charges (duties and taxes) may be payable upon arrival in your country. For more information refer to the Duties and Taxes section below.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES AND DUTIES
All international orders sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means additional charges (duties and taxes) may be payable upon arrival in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or any shipping charge that may apply to the order. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs authority if you are unsure of the applicable charges related to your order.
If you refuse to pay these charges your order may be returned (if it is economical to do so) or abandoned. If the order is returned, we will refund your order less any return freight costs incurred. If it is uneconomical for us to have your order returned your order may be abandoned and The Mad Hueys will not be held responsible for any loss as a result of this occurrence.
We accept refunds and exchanges.
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Returned goods with obvious signs of use Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $49, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
